At the january meeting, we had a presentation of our tnc regulatory landscape study that staff outlined the regulatory arrangements. One of the findings of the report, the regulatory fees, tnc like uber and lyft pay to the commissions was a subject of an action proposing the rate on the state agenda a week later.
