They come to the consul late in san jose to renew passport or obtained an id. But lately the mexican immigrants have been logging complaints about delays at customs. Mexicans have been detained or delayed under surveillance in the airports. The ambassadba ambassador sa mexicans are visas or green cards with being put through extreme vetting similar to those seven predominantly muslim countries listed in trumps executive order.
