Ambassador tells me theres a lot of fear and he fears that the president s order on extreme vetting has now extended to mexican immigrants. They come to the consul late in san jose to renew passport or obtained an id. But lately the mexican immigrants have been logging complaints about delays at customs. Mexicans have been detained or delayed under surveillance in the airports.
