carbon monoxide levels were high, and unfortunately, not everyone made it out in time. sheldon is live outside shock trauma were the victims are recovering tonight. of the 11 people got sick this morning, 10 of them were brought to the hyperbaric unit here at shock trauma. we are waiting for officials to give us an update on their condition. they were exposed to dangerously high levels of carbon monoxide this morning. police got a call about two bodies in the four hundred block of colby road. when police arrived at the home, they were overcome by the poisonous carbon monoxide gas. two men were found dead and 11 others got very sick and were rushed to the hospital. officials a carbon monoxide levels were four hundred parts per million, 40 times higher than the level you should be exposed to. the cause of the league is still under investigation. officials think it may be linked to the furnace. officials say they see a lot of carbon monoxide poisoning on the rise this time of
