The road, located off Hosa Road and falling under the jurisdiction of Shantipura Panchayath and Public Works Department (PWD), is not under the purview of the Bangalore Bruhat Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) and lacks a functional drainage system. The residents’ major concern is a huge ditch-like waterbody resembling a pond, situated opposite Notre Dame Academy and Mahaveer Orchids. This is leading to many accidents and creating problems with traffic as the road is in a bad state and people can only use part of the stretch that is not stagnating.
