(Mugshot via Will County Jail ) JOLIET, IL The Will County State s Attorney s Office of Jim Glasgow has revealed in court documents that 19-year-old Joliet murder defendant Abraham Bibian has made a confession implicating himself in the April 4 deadly shooting of Jwaun Latrell Jones, who was 18. Bibian and a 26-year-old Joliet woman, Paola Diaz, both remain in the Will County Jail. Bibian and Diaz are both charged with first-degree murder and Bibian is also charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.

His bail remains set at $10 million (Mugshot via Will County Jail) JOLIET, IL The Will County State s Attorney s Office filed a motion this week asking a judge to prevent first-degree murder defendant Jeremy Boshears from calling an expert witness with Larsen Forensic & Associates to testify that Katie Kearns took her own life and was not the victim of a homicide inside the Joliet Outlaws clubhouse. Boshears, a member of the Joliet Outlaws motorcycle riding club, has remained in the Will County Jail since Nov. 18, 2017, charged with first-degree murder in the death of Kearns. According to prosecutors, she was his new girlfriend at the time of her gunshot death inside the Joliet Outlaws building in the Ingalls Park area.
