But this was a jogger who apparently was going past this home next to me and was going all the wait down at a mild pace, and then is seen again on camera sprinting back. Reporter and one of the reasons why they have triggered tonights surge in Police Officers is because they spotted social media posts advertising a large sideshow here in oakland this evening. Now, police say those illegal events can be very dangerous. In the last two weeks sideshows in san jose and oakland, the event have turned violent. Two weekends ago a Police Officer was hit by a car as he was trying to write a citation.
