NSCN (IM) clarifies October 21 incident Dimapur, Oct. 22 (EMN): The NSCN (IM) on Saturday clarified that the stand-off like incident that took place on October 21 between the Assam Rifles and Naga army of NSCN somewhere near Council Headquarters (CHQ), Hebron, has been resolved amicably at higher level.
