Nine are in moderate condition. And 16 suffered minor injuries. Over 50 passengers were inside the bus. Three people had to be extricated by firefighters. No deaths have been reported. Now, that father, jesus cardoza, and his family had nothing to say as they left a martinez courthouse. Cardoza wore a tshirt with pictures of the daughters. The defendant seen in an earlier Court Appearance pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder as well as auto theft and evading arrest. His Attorney Says saucedo will be cleared of the charges.
