Bill, what were watching right now is skyforce 10 over top of a scene on the blue route on the northbound side where you can see theyre allowing one lane of traffic to move through the area as they have it allc blocked off with an overturned dump truck in the area. That one lane scooting by, really pushed over into the shoulder. We have a huge backup behind that scene as well. As we head on over to my maps, i can show you how to get around. Reports from skyforce 10 is that its about a mile backup behind that scene. Were at 47 minutes, which is normally about a 10minute trip from 95 to the schuylkill expressway. Average speeds 20 miles an hour. In broomall, your best bet so far for the morning is to take 252. That runs parallel to that scene. That will be your best bet. Youll be stuck in a half hour delay, at least so far for this morning.
