Firefighters are still trying to extinguish what they call a stubborn fire thats burning through an abandoned Apartment Building near arrott and horrocks streets. Jesse garys been on the scene for more than an hour. Are firefighters making any progress . Reporter yeah, chris, let me move out of the way and you can see the flames thats engulfed most of the roof. Now its just on the back, far left quadrant or corner of the roof. That right there just erupted right as you were reading the toss to me, chris. So, for the most part, the flames burning on the roof are out except for that one Little Corner right there that is still burning. And of course, a lot of smoke with it. The Deputy Commissioner on scene says the situation was so dangerous earlier, they took a defensive posture after an initial check just inside the front door. Firefighters set

I just showed you this minutes ago when those construction crews were moving along the righthand lane into camden from philadelphia. Looks like the right lane is still closed with construction crews still out there, but they are clearing out of the way. No major delays because of that, because it is still early out there. Taking a live look, its dark out there. Interstate 95. This is in delaware county, the upper chichester area. You can see traffic is moving along nicely at this hour. We dont have any major accidents on the interstates. We do have a problem in clementon, new jersey, though. White horse pike and higgins avenue. This is left over from an earlier accident. Theres a downed pole and wire there, so that intersection is closed. Youll want to take egg harbor road or berlin road to get around that. And this breaking news weve been following all morning
