Now the police are going out on golf carts and hired by private businesses. They are off duty san jose cops working private patrol in a golf cart instead of a police cruiser. Its so quiet. She was screaming for help. She tried getting up multiple times as this homeless person continued the attack on the victim. Reporter fortunately a passerby heard what was going on. He stepped in and rescued grace. Police say after the attack, the homeless woman went back into the carport to finish her nap. Conventional wisdom that the homeless are a problem.
