Cedar rapids, the river levels have not dropped that much. Meteorologist Justin Gehrts joins us now to look at just how long it will take for the river to get back to normal. About ten miles of temporary barriers put up in just a few days along with a quarter of a million sandbags are protecting many homes and businesses. City workers and contractors have been working long hours looking for any weaknesses in the system. But as you can see some buildings and homes do have water. Schools are closed again today.
