The flooding. Cars were damaged. We were just told that at least a halfdozen homes were flooded as well. We went inside one such home and talked with an elderly couple. They showed us 34 feet of water sitting in their basement. It is unclear what caused the water line to rupture enablers neighbors are telling us it is happened before 2 other times.
