Police are wrapping up the suspect, and theyre looking for one suspect with that confrontation with police. Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at a motel 6 at a wannee avenue in sunnyvale when the car matched the description, two men ran. They say one of them dropped a highcapacity magazine during the chase and one of the suspects got away and officers cornered the other behind a commercial complex and thats when the officers shot and killed him.
