And this is one of the places to be in the morning when the moon and earth are in sync in a perfect line. People who have seen a total eclipse say its a sight like no other. Its new, other worldly. People still be held outside and flock to viewing sites to see the phenomenon for themselves. It doesnt happen very often. The eclipse only happens once in forever, so thats why i think its important to see it. Reporter it opens up free of charge at 8 00 a. M. Where people can view the eclipse from the Observation Deck or watch a live nasa tv feed. Astronomers say its a mustsee show. Just an incredible event. And its over so quickly.
