Parkland School Division Board of Trustees received the annual School Resource Officer (SRO) report during a regular board meeting on March 2.
The SRO Program is now in its ninth year in the division with Const. Gord Marshall of the Parkland RCMP as the current school resource officer for the last four years. The program is run at both Spruce Grove Composite High School and Memorial Composite High School in Stony Plain. Funding for the SRO program has been shared between the City of Spruce Grove and the Town of Stony Pl

Cat Kreidich to the role of executive vp.

A veteran of the music business, Kreidich most recently spent a year-and-a-half at Sony Music Entertainment as senior vp, commerce for legacy recordings, where she oversaw commercial activity for a $900 million group across digital and physical for artists including Mariah Carey, Billy Joel and Bob Dylan. While there, she helped restructure the department to better capitalize on the rapidly-expanding world of streaming, executing successful campaigns for Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys, Travis Scott and Bruce Springsteen.
