Fog is showing up in parts of delaware and south jersey, but most of the area is fogfree this morning, and well see temperatures starting off in the 60s. Holly, the visibilitys down to two miles, and theres dense fog millville has seen improvement in the last half hour, now fivemile visibility there. Temperatures, they have cooled down this morning. Because it is colder than it was yesterday and also a bit on the brisk side. Satellite and radar shows you a little bit of precipitation down by cape may and dover. Bit of a snow shower popping up near dover but most of this is going to fall as rain down there and be fairly inconsequential. Clouds are expected to break a bit today. Well see a mix of clouds and sun. This morning it is colder certainly. 33 degrees in philadelphia, 33 in wilmington. The upper 20s in allentown reading and lancaster. Mid 30s down the shore. And when you factor in a breeze, it is definitely evident out here on the terrace. Its actually feeling like its 24 in millville, 28 in wilmington and in some cases the winds not that bad so not a big difference but the bottom line is its definitely cold enough and a little bit brisk enough for the extra gear this morning. We are changing things slightly with some heavy precipitation moving in overnight and continuing for tomorrow morning right through the noon hour tapering off in the afternoon. Now take look at storm scan3. You see the yellows and oranges that is heavy rain. A transition zone that is some sleet and then some snow. You can see transition beginning through allentown the Lehigh Valley, reading berks county and through lancaster the poconos beginning to see some snow mixing in but this encompasses about 20 states so its a huge part of the country being impacted by the storm. As the colder air builds in, we are going to be seeing that changeover overnight. Visibility an issue now with this warm moist air very cold snow pack. Visibility down to three tenths of a mile in wilmington. Eight tenths of a mile in atlantic city. And as we take zoom in its improved through our suburbs but earlier mt. Holly just down to half mile.
