‘VISIT’ SUTLIFF: Virtual tours are being held for the Sutliff Museum located on the second floor of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library. While sheltering at home, people still are able to “visit” the Sutliff Museum through the museum’s App. Featured are tours about the Sutliff Family, Underground Railroad history and Victorian Design. The program was made possible in part by a grant from the Ohio History Fund in 2019.
BIKE TO WORK: The committee planning for the annual Bike to Work Day in the spring will meet 10 a.m. today via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87855097372. The event has people riding bikes to work that day.

HARVEST FOR HUNGER CAMPAIGN: Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley has kicked off its 30th annual Harvest for Hunger campaign, which is a food and funds drive that takes place during February, March and April to help stock the food bank shelves for the spring and summer months. Anyone interested in participating in the campaign by conducting a food and / or funds drive to benefit the food bank should call Julia at 330-792-5522, ext. 102, or visit www.mahoning valleysecondharvest.org to download a registration form. Financial contributions also may be made to supermarket sponsor Giant Eagle and participating Sparkle Markets by donating $1, $5, or $10 at the register through April 3. All funds raised and food collected remains in Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties to help feed local residents. VALENTINE SHOPPING: A Valentine’s Day-themed shopping event will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 6 at First Baptist Church of Howland, 8957 E. Market St. The Sweetheart Shopping Event will be for anyone who needs unique gifts and products for themselves or their loved ones. Over 50 vendors are taking part. Free admission and free parking. All vendors at the event will be wearing masks, maintaining social distancing and adhering to all guidelines from the Trumbull County Combined Health District.
FINANCIAL LITERACY: Financial Literacy 101 with Charlotte Walker-Cloyd and Harrison Gilmer will be noon Saturday at 4 Summit St., Niles. The program will inform people how to save money, prevent late fees, lower interest rates and advance credit opportunities.

WILLIAM McKINLEY 178TH: President William McKinley’s 178th birthday celebration will be 2 p.m. Friday for a virtual birthday party celebration. The public can take part by signing onto McKinley’s birthday party and also learn fun facts throughout the day. TCAP RELIEF GRANT: The Trumbull Community Action Program’s home relief grant offering mortgage and rent assistance, and help with water and /or other utility bills, is available. Assistance may be applied to outstanding rent, mortgage, water and sewer bills back to April 1, 2020. The Community Action agencies will make direct payments on behalf of the applicant to the landlord, bank, or water and / or sewer company.
