The home, which is referred to as the “Yellow House,” is going to have to be moved when the ODOT diverging diamond project begins in late 2022 or early 2023 at the intersection of state Routes 46 and 82. HOWLAND Plans by the Ohio Department of Transportation to reconfigure the intersection of state Routes 82 and 46 into a diverging diamond pattern are forcing the Howland Historical Society to move its museum to a new location after less than two years.
