Im ken wayne and im pam moore today Alameda County District Attorney Nancy Omalley announced the charges in the death of Steven Taylor taylor was caught on camera inside the store, he was wielding a bat shortly before he was shot and killed. In him in addition to those charges being announced this afternoon we also learned the name of that officer, he is Jason Fletcher a member of the San Leandro Police department.
