HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – It was a good “parting gift” by the voters on Tuesday (May 4, 2021) to outgoing Holland Public Schools Superintendent Brian Davis.
A $74.6 million bond proposal for various improvements and upgrades to buildings and programs was approved by a nearly three-to-one margin (3,545-1,282), which put a smile on Dr. Davis’ face.
“Here we are, 11 years after the passage of ‘Build 21,’ being able to renew, to save and to complete our projects that we began in 2008,” he said on “WHTC Morning News” during a district-sponsored appearance on Wednesday. “Thank you so much for your generosity and support.”
