ZEELAND, MI – Voters approved a $75 million bond proposal to help Zeeland Public Schools keep up with rising student enrollment on Tuesday, May 4.
The school improvement bond passed 2,287 to 1,545, according to unofficial election results from the Ottawa County Clerk’s office.
“Our community has shared its voice today and once again has placed kids first,” Superintendent Cal De Kuiper said in a prepared statement. “This win is for students, for education, and for the Zeeland community as a whole. Thank you.”
