In developing news a double shooting in san jose has left one person dead this morning. Police tell us it was just after 2 00 when officers responded to a report of a shooting on oak street. When they arrived they found two victims in front of a home. Each had at least one gunshot wound. They were taken to the hospital where one of the victims died. The other is expected to survive. Police are still searching for suspects and a motive. Also developing out of san jose this morning, an escaped inmate serving time for child molestation and whom police label as a dangerous man continues to be the focus of a manhunt.
