Ive always said that the Free City College program is one of those very rare pieces of legislation thats transformative that really has the power to change class dynamics in the city, and theres very few pieces of legislation that make that kind of impact, so its a tremendous honor to be able to vote in favor of this and to be able to follow the tremendous leadership of the community and labor and who and the trustees who have worked so hard to make this program a resounding success. One thing i would look for in any further developments that we have is an aggressive pursuit of meaningful and strong remedies that will not overburden neighborhoods and communities but will get ads, especially, the proverbial bad actors that are doing things wrong. Next, systematically. We all look at trying to codify anything into 50 , 70 , or 25 of a facade, what constitutes demolition .
