This is getting stuck is you have High Pressure to the north. A really expansive high. This acts as a wall so hermine cannot bust through that high so it essentially slows down, stalls and gets stuck off of our coastline and that is why youre going have a continuous flow around that low and the high to the north to pound the jersey shore as well as the delaware beaches. So, Tropical Storm warnings are in effect for pretty much all the way from georgia the carolinas and into virginia. At this point were still under a Tropical Storm watch meaning the potential is there for Tropical Storm conditions all the way up through long island but more than likely in our area this is either going to be put to a warning within an hour or even a hurricane watch. Entire coastline in new jersey as well as the bay in new jersey, the bay in delaware and the beaches in delaware so that Tropical Storm warning now mean take precautions because Tropical Storm conditions will occur over the upcoming weekend and these Tropical Storm warnings they extends all the way down the eastern seaboard for this Holiday Weekend, the carolinas, down into parts of northern georgia. So, it is all of the east coast that is taking the effect of the storm.
