I think, neil, the way to think about it on the trade front we reached a new equilibrium, higher uncertainty, more unilateral action but the markets having sort of got use today the new equilibrium and will take it hard if the equilibrium gets worse. We also saw some of that rain spotty showers moving through San Francisco and parts of the peninsula and rain made it into parts of the south bay. That was at about 11 00 to 12 00 and last night and moved across parts of the santa cruz mountains. All of that has since cleared out. It was really great to see.
