Theres a tow truck creeping out to the lane of 76 eastbound at gulph mills as part of the process to overturn the vehicle on the ramp. So im keeping my eye on it. I checked drive times between 76 and the blue route and vine in both directions that doesnt seem to be affecting things in that area so far, just keep that in mind.
