We were eating our food, they started flashing lights in our eyes, screaming at us, there were no police, nothing. And were literally at the police station. We had nonuniformed officers watching from a distance. And had we seen assaultive behavior or Public Safety issues we would have jumped in right away. A red flag warning is in effect for most of the bay area until 5 00 p. M. All the airlines highlighted in red. Higher elevations with gusts up to 60 Miles Per Hour. Our valleys and coasts up to 40 Miles Per Hour wind gusts. The wind advisory for most of the bay area until 11 00 a. M.
