Behind me, you can see police continuing with their investigation. The body of the victim is located just beyond the bank, where the atm machines are. This is what we know so far. This unfolded a round 2 29 this afternoon when a customer drove up to the exterior atm. She was trying to use the machine when she noticed a man pacing back and forth in front of the atms with a handgun exposed that she immediately called 911 Police Responded by setting up a perimeter around the bank, and not letting people in or out. This man was said to be a hispanic male around 30 years old, who was known to police. They have been dealing with him since he was 8 years old. The redwood city uniformed Police Responded, also, a specialized street crime unit that is trained in mental health. They began negotiating with this man for several minutes.
