Reporter investigators spent much of the day here at the hamill Mill Apartments looking for clues to catch this arsonist. Residents are worried and some are moving out. The string of arsons had firefighters inspecting the hamill Mill Apartments developing an evacuation plan at the building that houses the elderly and disabled. Its the third or fourth time and it doesnt make any sense. Lee is among the 50 or so residents on edge and worried about their safety. One woman was driving with her two kids when a tree fell on to her car. It was a loud crash on ton of my car and glass broke on the left hand side. I wanted my kids to be okay and they are thank god. People know it could have been worse. This is unbelievable. That is a 12 to 15 ton tree easily. If that wasnt a brick house that would not have stopped until it hit the ground. Consider morning. Officers and family members rushed to paulo owens side. It was around 10 30 this morning when the people at the criminal Justice Center heard what some thought was an explosion. It was a loud noise, so fast and so quick. We didnt know what to do. An announcement came over the loud speaker telling everyone to evacuate. The court is shutting down all operations for the remainder of the day. We know that Sergeant Owens just left the hearing for monsignor william lynn. And the car moved upwards with such force it breached the ceiling and the debris rained down more than 100 feet on the elevator on the right carrying smith. It was the top most section of one of the elevators and the woman was on the bottom section of the other elevator.
