Reporter investigators spent much of the day here at the hamill Mill Apartments looking for clues to catch this arsonist. Residents are worried and some are moving out. The string of arsons had firefighters inspecting the hamill Mill Apartments developing an evacuation plan at the building that houses the elderly and disabled.
