I mean, im not going to change my mind because i one but i would rather see it where you went with simple votes. You get 100 million votes and somebody gets 90 million and you win. Theres a reason for doing this, because it brings all of the states into play. Theres something very good about that. But this is a different system but i respect it. As for obama care he says he would like to keep certain provisions that allow kids to stay in the parents healthcare until they are in their mid20s and people with preexisting conditions will be guaranteed coverage. Theres going to be a. If you repeal that before you replace it for millions of people would it will be just fine. Were not going to have like a today. And a twoyear period where there is nothing. It will be repealed and replaced and we will know it will be great healthcare for much less money. So, it will be better healthcare much better, for less money. Not a bad combination. Reporter the department is taking this very serious they are calling this the attempted murder of two of their officers and they are determined to catch the man responsible. It was a bold crime that happened at around 7 30 pm. It was near ripley which is often king road. They say that two officers were patrolling the neighborhood on foot and they tried to make contact with a group of men. The group ran off except for one of the men turned around and shot them around at the officers. They were not hit and they did not return fire. They set up a perimeter to secure the crime scene and a search was done for hours. So far, a suspect has not been identified. We have some witnesses that we detained. The suspect is described as a hispanic man in his 20s 6 feet tall 170 pounds. Police are asking anyone with information to give them a call. Last night a candlelight vigil was held for Deputy Dennis wallace who was shot twice in the head yesterday as he checked on a report of suspicious of a suspicious man. Authorities have a suspect in custody the 37yearold David Mashonaland was arrested yesterday after committing an Armed Robbery of a convenience store. No officer should be killed in the line of duty. Not one. The sheriff says address reporters on a difficult day for his office explaining how the 53yearold a 20 year veteran of the Sheriffs Office came to fox groves and reported a suspicious person inside of a car. Dispatch advised that the deputy that it was stolen. He acknowledged that response and asked for another unit. Within seconds he was murdered. Sheriff christiansen says that the suspect pulled the trigger did not to shoot him from afar. I remember being i think 11 at the old Boston Garden which is where i grew up. And going to a game is a huge fan and i watched Michael Jordan score 63 points in game two of the eastern conference. And i feel like they have witnessed something miraculous. And while i was a huge fan, they won that game, it sort of made me realize that everything, you mentioned my father, everything that he talked about in wisdom traditions existed in sports. And, i have been a true believer ever since. But, the store he just told, the three of us we were all here in the bay area and i had no knowledge of that at all until i think that i had to work it into one of my stories in my parents never turned on sports never took us to a major sporting event. All of it depend on what your parents hand down . Yes. I think that not unlike religion, we inherit the faith of our predecessors, our ancestors. I also think that theres something about sports, you dont have to be a cubs fan to understand what that victory meant to that city and cost of those people. And one of the things that i always talk about as i remember 2003 when the red sox lost in a fairly catastrophic fashion to the yankees and my wife said my god, why do you believe in this so much . Knowing that we stand together as a community and are ready to fight, it is positive. And you have had, i know, since you started this a lot of people stopping by grabbing those notes and they expressed how they are feeling. This is obviously not going to be permanent. But what happens after today . We have had some nice offers from communities to maybe put it up or permanently in their buildings. And maybe start their own more permanent walls of empathy. She says that the reason that Glamour Magazine picked her was because she gave a voice to an experience that too many women have. She believes that she is everywoman and that her experience could be that of any woman. During the awards show there will be a tribute with prominent hollywood actors sharing her statement. She wrote about the crime and her reaction to his sixmonth jail sentence. Saying in part cost she felt embarrassed for trying and to be led to believe that she had any influence. And, what is a glamorous event, she will help the she hopes that it will bring attention calling for justice for all victims. These are serious times, particularly with this issue, this is a serious time for women. When we are facing the need to hold and, glamour women of the year including simone biles and nadia Sexual Assault survivor who escaped isis slavery. In the book, she interviewed some of whom have made all the way to ceo of a Big Corporation including meg whitman of ebay, carly fiorina, and carol bartz and caches is that they have important things in common. And, those who got to the very highest point in Corporate America who all have very common traits and two of those are resiliency and persistence. And, they were not willing to be beaten down by several setbacks and, if they had a goal particularly one that was what workrelated they kept it up. She said its partly because of something called unconscious bias that we may not recognize but people still judge a woman differently than a man as a leader. And cost she says that women who want to get to the top need supportive partners as well. And, there was no big sisters saying hey, fight for what you want your and, get the money that you deserve. Yes, and she is in that book as well. Is interesting, that your guests said that people are willing to put political ideology ahead of gender when choosing a candidate. She really felt that they did. And a lot of people were concerned that people are not ready for a woman president. And yes, just back to women who if you do have high aspirations, and look for the partner is going to support that.
