And of course, you see the scene there in that neighborhood not far from the school of someone handcuffed. Believed to be in custody tonight. Victim who gave them some information that led to the arrest of her alleged killers. 19yearold man and 19yearold woman were arrested in modesto. A motorist spotted the female victim in livermore on tesla road. She had crawled about 100 yards on her stomach even though she had multiple stab wounds. Before she died, investigators say she was able to tell investigators who attacked her.
