Rochester Fringe Festival To Honor Three Rochesterians In 2023 With CRAIG WALSH, MONUMENTS

The Rochester community has selected three local, unsung heroes whose faces will be projected on downtown trees in a unique 3D video art installation coming to the 2023 Rochester Fringe Festival this month.
