Court orders arrest of cops accused of killing Army men in Jolo

The Jolo, Sulu Regional Trial Court (RTC) has ordered the arrest of nine policemen accused of killing four soldiers in the town last June, the Department of Justice (DOJ) said Friday.
The court issued the arrest warrants on Thursday, said Prosecution Attorney Honey Delgado, spokesperson of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Delgado said the court is scheduled to hear prosecutors' motion for a hold departure order (HDO) against the accused on Friday.
Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra confirmed this and said the court also issued hold departure orders (HDO) against the accused.
