Ahmad Omar, 22, and Dounia Alrobaee, 23, were arrested and charged with assault and harassment in connection with the attack on Tuesday, the NYPD said. Michael McLaughlin, 23, was arrested on the same charges on Thursday, police said. All three live on Staten Island, the NYPD said. Police said the 47-year-old postal service employee was standing in front of a building on Guyon Avenue, near North Railroad Avenue, around 2:20 p.m. on April 7 when Omar, Alrobaee and McLaughlin started arguing with him.
