NEW YORK (1010 WINS) A trio of Staten Island residents who allegedly fled the scene in a Jaguar after attacking a USPS worker earlier this month have been arrested, police said Thursday.
Ahmad Omar, 22, and Dounia Alrobaee, 23, were arrested and charged with assault and harassment in connection with the attack on Tuesday, the NYPD said.
Michael McLaughlin, 23, was arrested on the same charges on Thursday, police said. All three live on Staten Island, the NYPD said.
Police said the 47-year-old postal service employee was standing in front of a building on Guyon Avenue, near North Railroad Avenue, around 2:20 p.m. on April 7 when Omar, Alrobaee and McLaughlin started arguing with him.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. The NYPD is investigating a crash Saturday on Emerson Hill that left two people in critical condition.
At approximately 3:45 p.m., emergency personnel received a call that two people were ejected from a vehicle at Milford Drive and Hewitt Avenue, the FDNY said.
Two women, ages 20 and 26, were taken to Staten Island University Hospital North, Ocean Breeze, in critical condition, police said. The women sustained facial trauma and are likely to survive, police said.
