(Harrisburg, PA) Officials with the Governor’s office say a batch of medical supplies, which included COVID-19 test vials, that were being stored at the P-A Farm Show Complex have been destroyed. It’s reported the items were donated by the federal government and were disposed of using the same method the medical community uses. Despite claims from several Republican lawmakers, the Governor’s office says no P-P-E being stored at the Farm Show Complex was destroyed. Earlier this week, there were accusations that some of the P-P-E was taken to an incinerator.
Al Potter s appeal of murder conviction dismissed
The Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador has dismissed an application from Al Potter, who was convicted of murder in the 2014 stabbing and killing of Dale Porter.

The Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador has dismissed an application from Al Potter, who was convicted of murder in the 2014 stabbing and killing of Dale Porter.
Potter filed a notice of appeal in March 2019, claiming in his application the verdict is unreasonable and cannot be supported by the evidence and he wanted a new trial ordered.
