LEWES, Del. – The Lewes Lions Club donated $2500 to Beebe Medical Foundation nurses for the care they have provided.
This wonderful gesture will provide snacks, treats, and refreshments to nurses. We’re told it was a sign of appreciation for all the nurses have done to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.

The Lewes Lions Club has reached out to assist the Cape Henlopen Food Basket. This time the Lewes Lions held a personal needs drive at the Walgreens in Lewes April 17.
The event was a huge success and the donations filled the truck, and cash donations of $200 were also received.
The Lewes Lions Club is always looking for members and is currently holding Zoom meetings on the second Wednesday of the month, September through June, starting at 6:30 p.m. For more information or to get involved with the Lewes Lions Club, contact [email protected]. ....
