The Delhi Police on Monday sought a five-day custody of businessman Navneet Kalra from the court for interrogation in connection with alleged black-marketing and hoarding of oxygen concentrators. Metropolitan Magistrate Archana Beniwal will decide on the police s plea seeking grant of custody.

New Delhi [India], May 17 (ANI): Delhi High Court is likely to pass the final order in the oxygen concentrators black marketing case on May 20, informed the Delhi Police on Monday. Today the matter of M/s Matrix Cellular (International) Services Limited v/s State (NCT of Delhi) came up through Video conferencing before the Delhi High Court in respect of their prayer for the release of the oxygen concentrators seized in the present case and regarding no coercive action to be taken by police against their staff among other prayers. Delhi Police contested their petition, reads the Delhi Police statement.

New Delhi, May 17 : A Delhi court on Monday sent businessman Navneet Kalra, who was arrested late on Sunday night, to three days police custody in connection with oxygen concentrator hoarding case.
Metropolitan Magistrate Archana Beniwal at the Saket district court passed the order after hearing the arguments of Delhi Police and Kalra s lawyers.
The Delhi Police had sought a five-day custody of Kalra for interrogation in connection with alleged black-marketing and hoarding of oxygen concentrators.

New Delhi [India], May 17 (ANI): A Delhi Court on Monday remanded businessman Navneet Kalra to three days police custody in connection with a case relating to the alleged hoarding of oxygen concentrators in South Delhi restaurants.
Metropolitan Magistrate Archana Beniwal allowed Delhi Police to question Kalra till May 20.
The court said it is of the view that custodial interrogation of the accused is required for recovery of electronic devices used for the purpose of the commission of alleged offenses, to recover the remaining oxygen concentrators, to identify the other victims exploited by him.
