Three former officials of the Alsace Manor Fire Company face a host of charges related to the purchase of a tanker truck and operating bingo and games of chance without a license, the Berks County District Attorney’s office reported Thursday. Charged are former fire company president Scott Allen Moyer, 54, of Temple; former fire chief and treasurer Wendy L. Becker, 53, of Blandon; and secretary Kelly Brown, 38, of Blandon.
