Police identify man shot and killed in Flint Township Updated May 10, 2021; Facebook Share GENESEE COUNTY, MI Police have identified the 23-year-old Flint man who died in the hospital after he was shot multiple times in Flint Township last week. Flint Township Police Department officers were dispatched at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, to the 3100 block of Hatherly Avenue for a report of unknown trouble and gunshots. A Monday, May 10 Flint Township Police Department news release identifies Cormon Brewer as the victim in the shooting. Officers located blood and shell casings in the driveway of a residence, police said. They were soon advised that Brewer, who’d suffered multiple gunshot wounds, was dropped off at McLaren Flint hospital. ....

OCONTO – A Green Bay man is accused of leading police officers over a 30-mile, high-speed chase in a stolen vehicle from Oconto to a Howard supermarket. The chase began about 9:35 p.m. on Jan. 30, after Oconto Police Officer Brad Shearer came upon a westbound car that had stopped for extended period of time at the intersection of Doran Street and Pine Avenue at the south edge of the city. After the vehicle turned north onto Pine Avenue and pulled into a driveway, Shearer learned from a records check that car had been reported stolen in Green Bay and activated his lights and siren. ....
