A second Montgomery teen is charged with two counts of capital murder after a 30-year-old man was shot to death last month.
Matthew Clayton, 18, was charged Monday morning with two counts of capital murder, one for allegedly shooting into a vehicle and another for shooting from a vehicle. Rontavious Managan, 18, was charged with the same shortly after 30-year-old Jamarcus Jordan was killed on April 3.
Officers and medics responded to Troy Highway near Eastern Boulevard shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 3 on a report of a person shot.
Jordan was found at the scene suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound, and he was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital, police have said. He d been shot multiple times, according to court records filed against the two teens.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - The Montgomery Police Department is looking for the suspect vehicle after three different reports of vehicle gunfire damage Saturday afternoon.
According to Montgomery Police Capt. Saba Coleman, officers first responded to the 6600 block of Atlanta Highway around 2:20 p.m. in reference to reports of potential shots fired. At the scene, officers spoke to the complainant, who said that there was damage to his vehicle as a result of gunfire.
