For instance, a Turkish citizen landed in the Minsk airport on 24 December. He was supposed to leave Belarus only after spending ten days in isolation. However, the foreigner tried to leave the country less than four days after landing. The Belarusian border service noted that the Turkish citizen was definitely aware of the self-isolation rules because people coming to Belarus are warned about the rules and have to sign a paper to confirm they have been duly notified. ....
