OKLAHOMA CITY – Gov. Kevin Stitt signed Executive Order 2021-11 on Monday, officially ending the COVID-19 state of emergency in Oklahoma effective Tuesday, May 4.
But the pandemic is not quite over for many businesses and government entities grappling with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and consumer confidence.
