A chance of showers is in the forecast for Santa Barbara County this week, but two storms aren t expected to dump much rain throughout the region.
“Cool and cloudy, with little rain chances,” said Rich Thompson, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Oxnard. “Winter weather. Nothing out of the ordinary.” ....
