Squire has a small – but growing – presence in Australia, with offices in Darwin, Perth and Sydney, and part of Gajic’s remit will be to help drive the growth of its local public M&A practice. It’s another high-profile loss for Minters, which saw three of its PE partners – Ricky Casali, Glen Sauer and Chris Allen – resign en masse a few months ago, alongside finance partners John Mosley and Stewart Robinson. ....
