The march was scheduled to begin at noon at Food Rite Market at 5320 FM 1765 in Texas City, according to organizers. Protesters will walk to City Hall where they will demand the resignation of Police Chief Kirk Jackson and the firing of officer Jose Santos, who was identified Friday as the officer who shot Joshua Feast. ....
