DDC Rajouri reviews implementation of key development RDD sector schemes

RAJOURI : District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan today convened a meeting of officers of line departments to review the progress on ongoing vital projects and schemes in the district.
Among the others, ADC Nowshera, Sukhdev Singh Sambayal; ADC Kalakote, Krishan Lal; ADC Koteranka, Surinder Mohan Sharma; CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; DFO Rajouri, Arshdeep; ACP, Abdul Rashid; DSEO, Bilal Rashid Mir besides the other concerned officers attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the status of ongoing works under District Capex, implementation of Forest Rights Act, conduct of tribal survey, execution of works under B2V3, status of payment under 14 FC, constitution of Panchayat youth clubs, rejuvenation of water bodies, status of aadhar seeding of MGNREGA job cards, COVID19 vaccination of 18-44 year age group. ....

Anantnag : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, Dr. Piyush Singla today said that all concerned departments have well defined roles for proper and smooth implementation of Forest Rights Act, 2006.
He stressed that the associated departments viz Tribal, Forest, Rural Development, Revenue, Animal and Sheep Husbandry and other stakeholders must work in coordination to identify the beneficiaries and confer the rights as per provisions of the act.
The DC made these remarks while presiding over a district level workshop cum training programme of stakeholders on FRA here.
The workshop was organised by District Administration and was attended by DDC members, BDC Chairpersons, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Gulzar Ahmad, DFO Lidder Division Bijbehara, SDMs, ACD, BDOs Forest Range Officers, EOs of MCs, Sarpanches and other concerned. ....
